How long does it take to for my order to arrive?
We process all orders within 1-2 working days. Shipping can take between 1-14 working days depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
Since shipping costs vary for products and locations, the best way to calculate is to add the items in your cart and calculate the shipping costs. 

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hamilton in New Zealand.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries around the world. If your country is not listed in our shipping options, please email us at hello@bespokeart.co.nz and we will try our best to get the products across to you.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped with the order tracking details if tracking is available for your location.

Customs duties and Fees?
Please note that your order may be subject to duties, customs fees or other associated fees. We do not pay any duties, customs fees or other associated fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s customs rules. 

Can I cancel/modify an order?
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled / modified as we start processing the order as soon as it is received. Exceptions can be made at the sole discretion of Bespoke Art. Please contact us quickly if you want to cancel, or modify your order.

RETURN POLICY
All of our products are printed on demand so we can not take returns if you change your mind. However, if the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you find our products do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us immediately

How to I return an item and get a credit?
You can return any item  in its original, unused condition within 15 days of delivery. Please email us at contact@bespokeart.co.nz or submit a request through our return form. Once we received the item/s, we will process the credit. We do not cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged Items
If you have received a damaged item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Please email us at contact@bespokeart.co.nz or submit a request through our returns form. 

Exceptions to our Return Policy
Items that are not in their unused, original state cannot be returned.
