By placing an order through Bespoke Art, you understand and agree that you are bound by these terms
Pricing & Payments
All product prices on the Bespoke Art website are in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are inclusive of GST, and exclusive of delivery costs. All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
All Bespoke Art products are made to order unless otherwise stated.
We must receive payment of the full price for the goods before your order can be accepted. Once your payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received.
Privacy & Security
You may give us information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address and telephone numbers, when you make a purchase from us. If you do not give this information, we may not be able to provide products to you.
Bespoke Art collects customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently and quickly as possible.
All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose, share or sell this information to other parties under any circumstances. We do not record or hold copies of credit card details;
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you; Bespoke Art checks your purchase thoroughly for any faults before delivering them to you.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty, please contact us first if you need to return a faulty item. Return of faulty items must be received within 7 days from the date of you parcel delivery. We will then send you a replacement or offer you either a store credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase.
Postage charges on returns are not refundable. Return postage of items is at customers cost.
International customers must pay for all postage of returns.
Accuracy of Product Information
We take every care to ensure that the description of our products are correct at the time of publication.
Prices in the online store are current at time of display and subject to change without notice.
All computer monitors and mobile devices such as phones and tablets reproduce colours differently.
Because of this, Bespoke Art cannot guarantee that what you see on your monitor will match your final print, exactly.
Use of the Service by You
Your right to use the Service is personal to you.
You may not authorise others to use the Service, and you are responsible for all of your own use of the Service. You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from the Service for public or commercial purposes. The Service’s content, information and advice are free of charge (unless otherwise stipulated). However you are responsible for your own network and connection charges.
Other than connecting to the bespokeart.co.nz servers by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not attempt to gain access to bespokeart.co.nz servers by any means including, without limitation, by using administrator passwords or by masquerading as an administrator while using the Service or otherwise.
You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with the service or its associated software, hardware and servers in any way and you agree not to impede or interfere with others use of the Service. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, bespokeart.co.nz and/or the service.
